The 3 Pillars of a Correctional Health System Turnaround - NCCHC
Presentation, October 2005
Data collection and analysis are essential to effectively managing a
correctional health care system. Working solely with internal data has
its limitations. The intent of this “work session” is to
build upon the support from last year’s conference for collecting,
analyzing and sharing critical financial and statistical data for the
correctional health care industry.
Phase 2 Consulting will present for review the initial data collected
from some of last year’s participant. Using the initial data set as
a model, the following areas will be discussed: Confidentiality, Facility
Profiles, Financial Statements & Statistics, Clinical Volume
Statistics, Facility Statistics and the Cost & Benefits of
Participation.
