Our Mission
Phase 2 Consulting is a healthcare management and economic consulting
firm, specializing in strategic planning, clinical operations and
productivity improvement, business planning, market and financial
feasibility studies, and market research and analysis.
We are proud to provide every client with a consulting staff that has a
combined total of over two hundred years of management and clinical
expertise, from all facets of health care to every client. Phase 2
Consulting provides solutions to hundreds of health care
