CORRECTIONAL HEALTH CARE CONSULTING

Phase 2 Consulting began providing correctional health care when asked to provide consulting services for the Salt Lake County Jail in 1999. We drew from over 200 years of combined experience working with major hospitals and health systems throughout the nation, and best practice health care to assist the Jail in becoming the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare Association’s 2002 Facility of the year. Since then, we have developed a unique approach to correctional health care- bringing a broad healthcare perspective unmatched by other firms.

We have experience with the unique regulations governing correctional health care programs; developing, monitoring and auditing systems for access quality and cost control. Our team of correctional experts in medicine, nursing, and corrections can evaluate all aspects of care, recommend necessary steps to meet court decrees, accreditation standards, reduce costs, and meet other objectives. This has also prepared us to assist both prosecution and defense teams. Our experts will review medical records, prepare depositions, and provide courtroom testimony.
