Hospital-owned physician groups tend to have lower revenues and higher costs driven by how the practices were initially purchased and organized.  Phase 2 Consulting helps transition these practices back to independent status, or into successful employed-physician models, while at the same time maintaining the group's strategic contribution to the hospital.

Independent physician groups are challenged with lowering reimbursement and increasing cost.  We focus on these economic issues as well as governance, compensation, compliance, and growth.
