Hospital-owned physician groups tend to have lower revenues and higher
costs driven by how the practices were initially purchased and
organized. Phase 2 Consulting helps transition these practices back
to independent status, or into successful employed-physician models,
while at the same time maintaining the group's strategic contribution
to the hospital.
Independent physician groups are challenged with lowering reimbursement
